Health and Safety at Work
Overview
This half-day Health & Safety at Work training course is designed to provide learners with an introduction to health & safety law & the responsibilities this places on both employers & employees. Learners will also understand the important contribution that risk assessments play in controlling the risks presented by a range of common workplace hazards.
This course can be delivered at your premises, or an alternative venue, for up to 16 learners.

Assessment
Assessment on the Health & Safety at Work course is by a short written assessment, consisting of a mixture of open and multiple-choice questions. Whilst the questions on the written assessment are straightforward, learners will be required to have at least a basic knowledge of English.
Learners who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate which is valid for three years.
