This one-day course provides learners with the knowledge and skills to swiftly recognise the signs of anaphylaxis, and manage a casualty until they can be handed over to the emergency services. This course can be delivered at your premises, or an alternative venue, for up to 12 learners.
The course is of a practical nature therefore casual clothes should be worn (we recommend trousers).
We recommended that all first aiders complete a half-day refresher annually.

The written assessment consists of straightforward questions, though students will be required to have at least a basic knowledge of English.
Students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate which is valid for three years.
We strongly recommend all first aiders complete a half-day refresher course annually.
